Farmakoterapie hypertenze v dětském věku 1. definice, prevalence a klasifikace hypertenze

Prevalence hypertenze v dětském věku kolísá mezi 1-10 % (1), zatímco u dospělé populace v průmyslově vyspělých zemích činí 20-30 %, v ČR se pohybuje kolem 30 % se zřetelným nárůstem ve vyšších věkových skupinách (2).
