Na slovenskom trhu máme tiež produkt, ktorý patrí do uvedenej skupiny dietetík, náhradných mliečnych formúl, a to BEBA EXPERTpro AR. Ak nie sme úspešní v riešení regurgitácie dojčiat nefarmakologickými diétnymi a režimovými opatreniami, je potrebné zvážiť farmakoterapiu FIGD. Inhibítory protónovej pumpy sú uprednostňované pred antagonistami H2receptorov pre ich vyššiu účinnosť (5, 19). Záver Výsledky klinických a experimentálnych štúdií výrazne ovplyvňujú stratégiu výživy dojčiat, ktoré patria k najzraniteľnejšej kategórii jedincov. Pediatri, všeobecní lekári pre deti a dorast spolu s neonatológmi môžu svojimi vedomosťami a radami významne ovplyvňovať výživu novorodencov a dojčiat (2, 10, 14). Predpokladom je, aby títo pediatri rozumeli špecifikám výživy detí a ovládali aj najnovšie odporúčania odborníkov z tejto oblasti. Poznanie a rešpektovanie individuálnych výživových požiadaviek každého dieťaťa je veľmi dôležité, pretože tak možno z dlhodobého aspektu predísť vzniku, resp. rozvoju mnohých ochorení, medzi nimi aj civilizačných (17, 22, 23, 24, 28). Akceptácia biopsychosociálneho modelu funkčných gastroin- testinálnych porúch má dôležitosť nielen pre deti s ťažkosťami a ich rodiny, ale má aj ekonomický význam, pretože pochopenie vzniku a existencie ťažkostí prináša veľké úspory za nevykonané (a vo väčšine prípadov aj neindikované) vyšetrenia (18, 23, 28).
