Vosoritide - naděje pro děti s achondroplazií

Zpracováno na základě přednášky prof. MUDr. Zdeňka Šumníka, Ph.D. Achondroplazie je nejčastější kostní dysplazie v ČR. Dětem s tímto onemocněním přináší četné obtíže, nejen v podobě nízkého a disproporčního růstu, ale i extraskeletálních projevů. Jak uvedl přednášející ze specializovaného centra pro vzácná onemocnění skeletu ve FN Motol a Homolka na Kongrese pediatrů a dětských sester v květnu 2026 v Olomouci, díky vosoritidu jsme jim dnes schopni alespoň částečně pomoci.
