Prezentována kazuistika 13,5letého chlapce s pravostranným krčním uzlinovým syndromem a uzlem v levém laloku štítné žlázy.

Palpační a ultrasonografický nález spolu s přítomností rizikových faktorů (pohlaví, věk, zvětšení krčních mízních uzlin) vzbuzovaly podezření z malignity, která však histologickým vyšetřením potvrzena nebyla. Jsou uvedeny jednotlivé diagnostické kroky a diferenciálně-diagnostická rozvaha u krční lymfadenopatie a nálezu uzlu ve štítné žláze.
