Článek uvádí v přehledu specifika antibiotické léčby v průběhu těhotenství, výběr jednotlivých skupin antibiotik podle jednotlivých trimestrů gravidity. Jsou uvedeny vybrané chorobné stavy, které v současnosti nejčastěji vyžadují antibiotickou léčbu.

Antibiotic treatment during pregnancy

The article includes the overview of specificities of antibiotic treatment during pregnancy, the selection of antibiotics groups according to the gestational age. The author presents the selected diseases, which at present are requaired most frequently in antibiotic administration.
