Mnohočetná axilární lymfadenopatie jako projev BCG vakcinace

Prezentována je kazuistika šestnáctiměsíčního chlapce s relativně pozdně vzniklou postvakcinační BCG lymfadenitidou, která byla vzhledem k mnohočetné aktivaci podpažních mízních uzlin řešena chirurgickým odstraněním v celkové narkóze. Histologické vyšetření všech extirpovaných lymfatických uzlin potvrdilo přítomnost nekrotizujících granulomů s vícejadernými buňkami Langhansova typu.
