Fixovaná masivní hiátová hernie kojence imitující plicní ložiskový proces

Hiátová hernie patří mezi velmi vzácné anomálie gastrointestinálního traktu. Když je více než třetina žaludku herniovaná nad bránici, mluvíme o -masivní hiátové hernii-. Hiátová hernie často probíhá buď asymptomaticky, nebo klinické příznaky, které anomálii doprovázejí, jsou převážně ze spektra refluxní nemoci jícnu: zvracení, bolest na hrudníku, anémie, kašel, respirační potíže, dysfagie, poruchy krmení, neprospívání, gastrointestinální krvácení. Autoři prezentují kazuistiku osmiměsíčního kojence, který byl opakovaně vyšetřen pro ataky dušnosti po námaze. Diagnóza masivní hiátové hernie, která na rentgenovém snímku napodobovala plicní ložiskový proces, byla potvrzena vyšetřením jícnu a žaludku kontrastní látkou.
