Epidurální krvácení u kojence

Autoři popisují neobvyklý průběh epidurálního krvácení po lehkém úrazu hlavy u devítiměsíčního kojence. U epidurálních krvácení bývá velmi vzácná přítomnost komunikace tohoto prostoru se subperiostálním hematomem prostřednictvím fisury lební. Právě přítomnost této komunikace byla příčinou dobrého klinického stavu dítěte, a proto byla diagnóza stanovena až s odstupem. Nitrolebeční krvácení bylo řešeno chirurgicky, pooperační stav dítěte byl bez komplikací a psychomotorický vývoj dítěte je v odstupu dvou let hodnocen jako fyziologický. Autoři na základě vlastní zkušenosti a dostupné literatury prezentují možnosti vyšetření kojenců s anamnézou lehkého úrazu hlavy, jejich sledování a terapii.
