Autor upozorňuje na nejčastější chyby při léčbě antibiotiky u dětí v primární péči. Jde především o léčbu příznaků jako je kašel, léčbu virových infekcí, špatnou volbu antibiotika na tu kterou infekci, opomíjení epidemiologické situace a rezistence bakterií k antibiotikům v dané komunitě, nesprávně nízké dávky aminopenicilinů, plýtvání cefalosporiny a přehánění tzv. penicilinových -alergií-.

MISTAKES IN THE ANTIBIOTIC TREATMENT IN CHILDREN IN A PRIMARY CARE

Author reminds the most frequent mistakes in the antibiotic treatment in children in a primary care. Above all: treatment of signs as a cough, treatment of viral infections, inadequate choice of antibiotic on a certain infection, ignoring an epidemiological situation and a resistance of bacteria to antibiotics in a given community, inappropriately low doses of aminopenicillins, wasting with cephalosporins and overstating so called penicillin -allergies-.
