V našem sdělení předkládáme kazuistiku devítileté dívky, u které byla diagnostikována boreliová infekce CNS. Zaměřujeme se na současné možnosti diagnostiky neuroboreliózy a na problematiku interpretace pozitivních nálezů anti-boreliových protilátek v séru a likvoru.
