Kvalitatívne poruchy psychomotoriky v pedopsychiatrii

Kvalitatívne psychomotorické symptómy vyskytujúce sa pri psychických poruchách detského a dorastového veku sú nedostatočne skúmané. Cieľom práce bolo identifikovať katatónnu, pseudokatatónnu a suspektne katatónnu symptomatiku v psychopatologickej výstavbe pedopsychiatrických porúch v rokoch 1999-2003. Parakinetické symptómy sa najčastejšie vyskytovali pri psychotických a pervazívnych vývinových poruchách. Najčastejší neproduktívny katatónny symptóm bol pasívny negativizmus. Z produktívnych symptómov dominovala excitácia, rapty a motorická stereotýpia. Pseudokatatónne symptómy sa zistili najmä pri komorbidite elektívneho mutizmu s emočnou poruchou. Suspektné katatónne symptómy sa najčastejšie vyskytovali pri komorbidite porúch správania a emócií a hyperkinetickej poruchy. Treba klásť väčší dôraz na diferenciálnu a nozologickú diagnostiku parakinetických symptómov pri inkompletnej, fragmentárnej a atypickej štruktúre pedopsychiatrických porúch.
