Splenomegalie s kalcifikacemi jako projev diseminované léze po BCG očkování

Diseminovaná forma BCG choroby je velmi vzácná, její incidence se uvádí v poměru 4,3/1 milion očkovaných kojenců. Až polovina případů se vyskytuje u dětí s vrozenou poruchou imunity. Autoři prezentují tříměsíčního kojence s rozvojem supurativní axilární lymfadenitidy a splenomegalie s kalcifikacemi po BCG očkování, která byla pozorována v průběhu neklonální lymfoproliferace a hypoplazie kostní dřeně.
