RETROPANKREATICKY LOKALIZOVANÁ BRONCHOGENNÍ CYSTA

Autoři popisují vzácnou kazuistiku 6leté dívky s vrozenou cystou pankreatu, která byla diagnostikována již v prenatálním období. I když byl průběh asymptomatický, pro progresi cysty bylo ve věku šesti let doporučeno její chirurgické odstranění. Histologické vyšetření prokázalo bronchogenní cystu s vyzrálou chrupavkou a smíšenými žlázkami. Výstelku tvořil cylindrický epitel s řasinkami.
