FOKÁLNÍ BAKTERIÁLNÍ NEFRITIDA (ACUTE LOBAR NEPHRONIA) IMITUJÍCÍ TUMORÓZNÍ ÚTVAR LEDVINY

Autoři popisují kazuistiku jedenadvacetiměsíčního dítěte s několikadenní anamnézou horečnatého stavu, který byl v den hospitalizace komplikován záchvatem febrilních křečí. Při vyšetření moči byla nalezena mírná izolovaná leukocyturie, pro kterou bylo provedeno UZ a CT vyšetření břicha. V horním segmentu pravé ledviny byl prokázán solidní, dobře ohraničený útvar velikosti 27×21×30 mm. Pro podezření na tumor pravé ledviny bylo dítě přeloženo na onkologickou kliniku, kde byla na základě kontrolního UZ a CT vyšetření, doplňujících labo­ratorních vyšetření a klinického nálezu stanovena diagnóza fokální bakteriální nefritidy.
