Nové perspektivy prevence rakoviny děložního hrdla

Karcinom děložního hrdla (populárně čípku) se významně podílí na statistikách maligních chorob i úmrtnosti žen. Každým rokem se v Evropě zjišťuje více než 60 000 nových onemocnění. Incidence ve Finsku je 4,3 a naproti tomu v Srbsku a Černé Hoře 27,4 na 100 000 žen. Významného poklesu incidence až o 80 % již před lety dosáhly vyspělé země, nedošlo k němu na východě Evropy ani v nových zemích EU.
