AKUTNÍ NEKROTIZUJÍCÍ PANKREATITIDA NAVAZUJÍCÍ NA LÉČBU VALPROÁTEM SODNÝM

Autoři popisují pětiletého chlapce s epilepsií léčenou valproátem sodným, při které se rozvinul obraz akutní nekrotizující pankreatitidy s výpotky v dutině břišní a v obou pleurálních dutinách. Po zvládnutí šokového stavu byl pacient léčen konzervativně, což vedlo současně k úpravě zvětšeného pankreatu s nekrotickým ložiskem a normalizaci několikanásobně zvýšených hodnot sérových amyláz a lipáz.
