Floridní rachitida jako vedlejší nález na rentgenovém snímku plic

Autoři referují ročního kojence s virovým respiračním onemocněním průdušek, u kterého jako vedlejší nález byla na rentgenovém snímku hrudníku diagnostikována floridní rachitida. Diagnóza vitamin D deficitní rachitidy byla potvrzena typickým laboratorním nálezem a její příčina byla objasněna dodatečným anamnestickým potvrzením jeho nedostatečného příjmu. Autoři upozorňují na diagnostický přínos rentgenového snímku hrudníku pro diagnostiku rachitidy u dětí v kojeneckém a časném batolecím období.
