Adrenalin v léčbě anafylaktické reakce

Diskutována je otázka podávání adrenalinu při anafylaktické reakci. Iniciálně by měla být preferována aplikace intramuskulární, teprve při závažné oběhové hypotenzi má svoje místo intravenózní cesta v ředěné formě za monitorace základních funkcí. Úskalí léčby adrenalinem je ilustrováno dvěma kazuistikami.
