The authors present a case report of 15 year-old patient with anaplastic large cell lymphoma presenting with cervical lymphomegaly

and fever of unknown origin. Morphologic, immunohistologic a cytogenetic examination of lymphoid tissue confirmed diagnosis of

ALCL with CD30 and ALK1 positivity.
