Risk of sports activites in children

Although movement and physical activity is one of the manifestations of basic biological needs, it has been falling in quantity dramatically

in recent decades due to lifestyle changes, even though the genetic characteristics of individuals, and hence the need for movement, have

not changed. Obesity is considered to be one of the biggest health problems associated with the lack of exercise. But also inadequate

sports activity can cause health problems in children. The aim of this thesis was to show the risk of sports activites in children such as

a functional disorders of musculosceletal system, injuries, doping, diatery suplements and eating disorders.
