Scrotal hematoma - an unusual sign of adrenal hemorrhage

Adrenal hemorrhage is a relatively uncommon condition in neonates. Usually is adrenal hemorrhage asymptomatic and diagnosed

accidentally. We present a neonate with left adrenal hemorrhage presenting as contralateral scrotal hematoma. Abdominal ultrasonography

should be performed to determine adrenal hemorrhage in newborns with scrotal swelling or bluish inguinoscrotal discoloration.
