Congenital midline cervical cleft

Congenital midline cervical cleft is a rare anterior neck congenital anomaly. It is necessary to distinguish more frequent cysts, for
example a cyst of ductus thyreoglossus. Incorrect primary diagnosis may lead to serious late complications.
