Denverský vývojový screeningový test II k posouzení vývoje dětí předškolního věku

Mezi hlavní činnosti, které dětská sestra vykonává v ordinaci praktického lékaře pro děti a dorost, patří preventivní péče. V rámci této
péče je dětská sestra kompetentní sledovat celkové chování dítěte a hodnotit jeho psychomotorický vývoj. Existují vývojové mezníky,
dle kterých se dětská sestra může při posuzování řídit, ale standardizovaný nástroj, který lze použít pro zmapování psychomotorického
vývoje dítěte sestrou, v české podobě dosud není sestrám k dispozici. Z tohoto důvodu byla zakoupena originální verze Denverského
vývojového testu II, která byla přeložena do českého jazyka a po lingvistické a odborné revizi využita při pilotním testování na vybrané
populaci čtyřletých dětí. Výsledky tohoto testování konstatují 30minutovou administraci, vysokou úspěšnost českých dětí v testu a minimum
problematických úkolů pro děti. Příspěvek dále prezentuje charakteristiku Denverského vývojového screeningového testu II.

Denver developmental screening test II (DDST-II) for the assessment of the development of pre-school children: pilot study
Among the main activities carried out by paediatric nurse in practitioner’s office for children and adolescents belongs preventive care.
Within this care is paediatric nurse qualified to monitor the overall behaviour of the child and assess his psychomotor development.
There are developmental turning points, according to which the paediatric nurse may manage during the assessment, but a standardized
tool that can be used by nurse to map psychomotor development of the child is not available yet in the Czech form. For this reason was
bought the original version of Denver developmental test II, that was translated into Czech language and after the linguistic and technical
revision used for pilot testing in selected population of four-year children. The results of this testing states 30-minute administration,
a high success rate of Czech children and minimum of difficult tasks for children. The paper also presents the characteristics of the Denver
developmental screening test II.
