Praktické skúsenosti s používaním prípravku s obsahom loratadinu u detských pacientov

Loratadinum je selektívne H1 antihistaminikum a antiastmatikum bez sedatívnych nežiaducich účinkov s dlhodobým efektom. Sú hodnotené klinické skúsenosti s používaním preparátu Flonidan susp.. Súbor tvorí 20 pacientov - detí, 10 chlapcov a 10 dievčat vo veku od 1 do 4 rokov. Priemerný vek 2,34 roka. Flonidan susp. bol aplikovaný u eczema atopicum - (14), dermatitis seborrhoica (6). Dĺžka ochorenia bola 10,1 mesiaca v priemere, najkratšie trvanie ochorenia 2 mesiace, najdlhšie 17 mesiacov. Doba používania bola priemerne 3,1 týždňa. Znášanlivosť Flonidanu bola výborná alebo dobrá, liečbu prerušil 1 pacient. Liečebný efekt bol rýchly a dlho pretrvávajúci. Bola zaznamenaná 95% efektivita liečby. Výsledky sledovania sú v súlade s rozsiahlymi zahraničnými štúdiami o efektivite loratadinu.
