Pseudoparéza jako první příznak novorozenecké purulentní osteomyelitidy a artritidy

Prezentovaná kazuistika nezralého týdenního novorozence s náhle vzniklým otokem a bolestivostí pravého ramenního kloubu a pseudoparézou pravé horní končetiny. Až zhoršení klinického nálezu, které bylo doprovázeno zvýšenou laboratorní zánětlivou aktivitou, a rentgenové a ultrazvukové vyšetření vedly ke správné diagnóze septické purulentní osteomyelitidy a artritidy, která byla potvrzena pozitivní punkcí subperiostálního abscesu a ramenního kloubu (Staphylococcus aureus).
