Chlopeň zadní uretry u devítiletého chlapce jako příčina akutní postrenální insuficience

Kazuistika 9letého chlapce, který byl přijat s akutní renální insuficiencí, jejíľ příčinou byla infravezikální obstrukce. Jako příčina obstrukce byla na základě anamnestických údajů předpokládána striktura uretry. Cystouretrografie vąak toto jednoznačně nepotvrdila a bylo vysloveno podezření na chlopeň zadní uretry. Při cystoskopii byla chlopeň zadní uretry prokázána a následně discidována. Po výkonu chlapec močí volně dostatečným proudem, kontrolní ultrazvuk ledvin a močového měchýře i uretrografie vykazují příznivé nálezy, normalizovaly se hodnoty urey a kreatininu v séru.
