Principles of collection and transport of biologic specimens from children for bacteriological investigations

The article concerns on collection of biologic specimens from children for bacteriological investigations. Authors report summary of avaiable microbiological methods, kinds of biological specimens and theirs collection and transportation. The most often infection diseases and bacterial complications, possibilities of their microbiological diagnosis and collection of specimens are analysed in the clinical part.
