Appendicitis acuta - některé problémy diagnostiky v dětském věku

Autoři v článku připomínají víceméně známé problémy diagnostiky akutní apendicitidy u dětí. Zdůrazňují moľný souběh nemocí s potřebou pečlivé diferenciální diagnostiky, nutnou opatrnost u dětí léčených antibiotiky i psychofarmaky, u dětí s mentálním deficitem, potřebu uváľlivé interpretace laboratorních nálezů, velmi dobré zkuąenosti s USG diagnostikou, moľnost kolísavé dynamiky lokálního nálezu, moľnou faleąnou iritaci okolních orgánů a konečně, ľe horečka 39-40 °C nevylučuje diagnózu akutní apendicitidy.
