Chronická sekretorická otitida

Podezření na chronickou sekretorickou otitidu musí vést k řádnému vyšetření - zejména otomikroskopickému a tympanometrickému. I po úpravě stavu je vhodné pacienta s odstupem kontrolovat. Při chronické sekretorické otitidě musíme myslet i na přechod do chronické supurativní otitidy a vznik cholesteatomu.
