Článek se zabývá přehledem nejběžnějších chyb a omylů v péči o novorozence po propuštění z nemocnice. Snahou je dotknout se oblastí, ve kterých novorozenec (a jeho matka) doplácí na neznalosti a omyly zdravotníků, kteří s dítětem do styku přicházejí, a matce slouží nesprávnými a protichůdnými radami. Pohled na nejčastější omyly je dán do kontextu formování vztahu matka (otec)-dítě a do kontextu psycho-sociálních interakcí rodiny s okolím. Článek je rozdělen na dvě části.

První část článku se zabývá omyly a chybami v oblastech:

A. vnímání projevů a potřeb dítěte v rámci formující se interakce matka - dítě

B. chyby v režimových opatřeních v souvislosti s kojením

C. omyly spojené s kojením.

MISTAKES IN THE CARE ABOUT A NEWBORN FOLLOWING HOSPITAL DISCHARGE

The article deals with an overview of the most common mistakes and errors in the care about a newborn following a hospital discharge. The intention is to touch the areas, where a newborn (and its mother) pays for ignorance and mistakes of medical staff, which come to contact with the baby and give mother incorrect and opposing advices. The insight on the most frequent mistakes is presented in context with a formation of a relationship mother (father)-child and in context with psycho-social interactions of the family with the neighbourhood. The article is divided into two parts.

Part one deals with errors and mistakes in the areas:

A. perception of expression and needs of a child within a forming interaction mother-child

B. mistakes in regimen precautions connected with breast-feeding

C. mistakes in breast-feeding.
