Jednostranná hyperlucentní plíce - diagnostický problém

Předkládáme kazuistiku 12letého chlapce, který byl po prodělaných horečnatých zánětech dolních cest dýchacích v kojeneckém a předškolním věku v péči odborné alergologické ordinace. V tomto období byl veden s diagnózou asthma bronchiale a dysgamaglobulinémie. Diagnóza jednostranné hyperlucentní plíce (Swyerův-Jamesův/MacLeodův syndrom) byla stanovena až na základě doplňujících zobrazovacích metod (prostý snímek plic, perfuzní scintigrafie plic, CT, HRCT a MRA) a negativního bronchodilatačního testu s Ventolinem.
