Kazuistika 15leté dívky se třetí recidivou rozsáhlého levostranného pneumotoraxu, která byla v předškolním věku dispenzarizována v alergologické ordinaci pro atopický ekzém a recidivující záněty průdušek. První ataka spontánního pneumotoraxu byla pozorována před rokem, tři týdny po pádu z koně. Po hrudním sání se stav rychle upravil. Pacientka se podrobila CT vyšetření plic, při kterém byly v oblasti levého hilu a při zadní hrudní stěně bazálně vlevo popsány mnohočetné bulózní změny plicního parenchymu.
