Radiační pneumonitida jako diagnostické dilema

Autoři referují sedmnáctiletou dívku s Hodgkinovou chorobou, u které byla na rentgenovém snímku plic šest týdnů po ukončené frakcionované radioterapii diagnostikována radiační pneumonitida. Regrese plicního nálezu nastala až po systémové léčbě kortikoidy.
