Léčba akutní subglotické laryngitidy

Článek přináší analýzu postupů při léčbě akutní subglotické laryngitidy na základě medicíny opírající se o fakta. Z tohoto hlediska lze doporučit podávání dexametasonu i. m. nebo per os, inhalaci nebulizovaného adrenalinu (případně budesonidu) a léčení dětí ambulantně na tzv. emergency. Z navyklých postupů nejsou doklady o prospěšnosti dýchání zvlhčené směsi plynů, podávání prednisonu a hydrokortizonu. V našich podmínkách není třeba měnit hodnocení závažnosti průběhu akutní subglotické laryngitidy podle Downese za jiné skórovací systémy.
