Jaká je Vaše diagnóza? Proč jej polykání trápilo?

V posledních letech získávají na popularitě semináře, na nichž jsou prezentovány kazuistické případy. Jejich obliba spočívá v tom, že je popisován konkrétní případ, který se skutečně udál a který se může přihodit v kterékoliv ordinaci, v kterékoliv nemocnici. V rubrice „Jaká je Vaše diagnóza“ bychom rádi demonstrovali zajímavé případy z praxe. Současně bychom chtěli, aby si každý čtenář mohl vyzkoušet „stát u lůžka“ a sám řešit naznačený problém. V odpovědích na položené otázky se potom pokusíme komentovat diagnostický a terapeutický postup.

Pokud někdo z Vás řešil ve své praxi, ať již na lůžkovém oddělení nebo v ordinaci, zajímavý případ a chtěl by se o něj podělit i s ostatními, kontaktujte prosím redakci.
