BILIÁRNÍ ZVRACENÍ JAKO PROJEV NONROTACE S DUODENÁLNÍ OBSTRUKCÍ

Autoři prezentují kazuistiku třináctidenního novorozence, který byl hospitalizován ve spádovém dětském oddělení pro zvracení s příměsí žluči, které bylo pozorované již na novorozeneckém oddělení. Prostý snímek břicha ve visu prokázal v levém podžebří charakteristickou „dvojitou bublinu“ a malé množství vzduchu v kličkách střevních v levé polovině břicha. Dítě bylo pro podezření na stenózu duodena přeloženo na naše pracoviště. Při vyšetření trávicí trubice vodní kontrastní látkou byla prokázána stenóza D3 duodena a nerotované cékum v mesogastriu. Dítě bylo indikováno k revizi dutiny břišní. Bylo provedeno uvolnění Laddových pruhů, které utiskovaly duodenum. Tlusté střevo bylo ponecháno v levé polovině břicha a současně byla doplněna i apendektomie. Pooperační průběh byl bez komplikací.
