The authors present a case report of a patient with acute abdomen caused by gradual ingestion of Neo cube magnetic balls and their

mutual attraction, resulting in compression, development of ischaemia, and perforation of the intestinal wall. In conclusion, the paper

provides a list of patients with the same complaint, having been treated at our department since the year 2011.
