Acute idopathic scrotal edema is a rare benign cause of scrotal edema and erythema with typical sonographic findings. It is more
common in the pediatric population than in adults. And it doesn’t require surgical exploration. Authors present a case report of
six-year-old boy with a recurrence of this disease. The study focuses on a brief overview of the issues, clinical manifestations and
how to diagnose the acute idiopathic scrotal edema.
