Bezoars in childhood

The author presents a case report of a 14-year-old girl with an accidental finding of resistance in her left lower abdomen. The cause was quite rare extreme form of trichobezoar. The article covers the etiology, clinical picture, complications, diagnosis and treatment of bezoars.
