Neonatal chylothorax

Chylothorax is the most common cause of pleural effusion in the newborn. We distinguish primary and secondary form. In our report

we discuss pathofysiology, etiology, diagnostics and new perspectives in treatment of the chylothorax and we add a story of one of our

children from NICU.
