Claude Bernard-Horner syndrome, consisting of ipsilateral miosis, upper eye lid ptosis and enophtalmos, is a rare complication following

insertion of a central venous catheter. We describe a case of three-year-old boy, in whom right-sided ptosis and miosis occured after

percutanous insertion of dialysis catheter in ipsilateral internal jugular vein.
