Tricky first spoon or enterocolitis syndrome induce by food protein by six month old child

The article is dealing with food protein induced enterocolitis syndrome which is a less common cause of dehydratation during profusevomiting and repetitive diarrhoe in infancy. It points out that not all acute enteritis and enterocolitis are of infective ethiology.
